Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager to lead our sustainability and social impact initiatives within the garment manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CSR strategies that align with our company values and promote positive change in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
CSR Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategies and programs that align with business objectives.

Identify key social and environmental issues relevant to the garment industry.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and industry groups.
Sustainability Initiatives:

Oversee sustainability projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of manufacturing processes.

Promote ethical sourcing and fair labor practices throughout the supply chain.
Community Outreach:

Design and implement community engagement programs that support local communities.

Organize volunteer activities and partnerships with community organizations.

Reporting and Compliance:

Monitor and report on CSR performance and progress against goals.

Ensure compliance with local and international CSR regulations and standards.
Training and Education:

Develop training programs to raise awareness about CSR and sustainability among employees.

Foster a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Communication and Branding:

Develop communication strategies to effectively share CSR initiatives and successes with stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community meetings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement within the garment industry.

Strong understanding of social and environmental issues related to manufacturing.

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and create reports to measure impact and progress.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CSR reporting tools.
