A full-time position at VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, work for People team, responsible for sustaining and enhancing business intelligence tools and performance management systems within the production module to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

I. MAIN DUTIES:

• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools to support daily operations and continuous improvement, including attendance, output, efficiency, and training databases.
• Prepare various production reports to assist business leaders in decision-making.
• Continuously improve the performance management infrastructure within the production module, enhancing data collection, reporting, interpretation, and utilization efficiency.
• Support the visualization aspect of performance management by defining new visualization methods for info centers.
• Build strong global relationships with colleagues from other sites and promote coherence and collaboration between plants and departments.

 II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly fluent English (4 skills)
• Bachelor holder
• From 2 years of experience in creating and maintaining databases and reports.
• A proficient Microsoft Office user, able to develop tools in MS Access with SAP knowledge
• Strong background in business analysis and reporting, KPIs, and manufacturing performance management, able to develop reports.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, know how to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships and foster strong collaboration, and strong argumentation skills.
