Job Description – Deputy General Director/Deputy CEO
As the Deputy General Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the company, excluding the Investment Banking, Human Resources and Risk Management departments. You will report directly to the CEO and ensure that all company activities are conducted efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and aligned with long-term strategic goals.

I. Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Comprehensive Management:

- Supervise and manage various departments, including Brockerage, IT, Accounting, Internal control, legal, Ops & Control, treasury.

- Ensure that all business operations are conducted efficiently, optimizing resources and meeting the company’s strategic objectives.

- Build and maintain effective operational processes, continuously improving to enhance performance and service quality.

2. Business Strategy and Development:

- Collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to develop and implement long-term business strategies for the company.

- Evaluate and analyze market trends, identify opportunities and risks, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure sustainable growth.

- Ensure that strategies are executed as planned, monitor progress and results, and make necessary adjustments.

3. Strategic Analysis and Evaluation:

- Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess factors impacting business operations, making informed strategic decisions.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, measuring their impact on financial and non-financial indicators.

- Prepare detailed reports on business performance, market trends, and improvement proposals for the CEO and Board of Directors.

4. Partner and Client Relationship Development:

- Establish and maintain relationships with major clients, investors, strategic partners, and financial institutions to expand the business network.

- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and major events to promote the company’s image and seek new collaboration opportunities.

5. Performance Monitoring and Staff Management:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of departments under your management, ensuring that business goals are met on time and at high quality.

- Train and develop middle management leaders, ensuring leadership continuity within the company.

- Resolve internal issues and conflicts between departments if any, maintaining a positive and effective work environment.

6. Reporting and Advising the CEO:

- Regularly report on operational status, financial indicators, potential risks, and new growth opportunities to the CEO.

- Propose strategic solutions and improvement measures to enhance management and business efficiency.
