1. Office Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administration, HR, internal accounting, IT, and other supporting functions.
- Ensure smooth, cost-effective, and process-compliant operations across the office.
- Coordinate with departments to streamline workflows and propose operational improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain the company’s master schedule and detailed plans for departments and projects.
- Allocate resources, monitor implementation progress, and ensure that all plans and projects are executed on time.
- Establish a reporting system to track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of schedules and plans.
- Assist the BOD in implementing strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Participate in executive meetings and contribute operational insights and improvement ideas.
- Serve as the key bridge between departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report key operational data to the Executive Board.
- Monitor risks and proactively resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Deputy General Director or equivalent senior management position at a Real Estate Developer
- Proven experience in office operations management and project planning/scheduling.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and align teams.
- Experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, or mid-to-large-scale businesses is an advantage.
