1. Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and approving project design drawings for projects for development company
  • Design management for Development of high-rise housing / 5-star hotel / mastering development knowledge in each stage
  • Leading the design management of projects at all stages to achieve development goals
  • Search, propose and deploy the appointment of suitable consulting units.
  • Coordinating internally with related departments, for example: marketing, legal, project management/construction management team...
  • Manage consulting units and review, coordinate design (Ar, C&S and MEP) to hand over necessary items for the 1/500 Master Plan, Concept Design, Basic Design, Technical Design, Bidding and Construction according to the design schedule and project development schedule.
  • Chair all design meetings and be responsible for presenting to the Board of Directors of the company
  • Coordinate with internal and external volume management teams to manage costs according to the set budget
  • Organize design review and optimization, especially related to efficiency index, cost optimization and construction ability
  • Develop standard processes for existing and future projects
  • Share experience and training for other personnel
  • Investigate and survey design options, drawings or images of other competitive projects
  • Negotiate and meet on design with partner companies.
  • Prepare feasibility study and design scheme for design review
  • Supervising work on site to ensure that construction proceeds as planned
  • Organization and implementation Manage design bidding packages from concept to construction design.
  • Check the overall project plan and plan for specific design phases.
  • Organize the implementation of the management of consultants in the design stages, meeting the quality, schedule and budget as required.
  • Check the quality of drawings of Architecture, Structural, MEP subjects, the connection between sets of drawings
  • Checking the set of documents for the project's legal procedures, Basic Design submisstion, Technical Design submisstion, fire prevention submisstion.
Implementation of Design Management during the construction phase:
  • Coordinate with BIM department to check the design documents of the finished part, check design conflicts between the disciplines of Architecture, Structure, M&E, infrastructure to solve or give feedback to the Design Consultant. .
  • Responsible for checking the difference between construction release drawings and bidding drawings, legal drawings, Fire protection PCCC. Notify the arising, if any, to the relevant departments.
  • Controlling to ensure that the construction work is carried out in accordance with the approved design and construction methods.
  • Update and propose solutions when there are design changes during construction.
  • Check the conformity in the Supervision consultants 's approval of detailed construction drawings and construction methods.
  • Assess the quality of Supervision consultants 's approval for materials and equipment submitted by the Contractor/Supplier.
  • Coordinating consultants to supervise author and construction work (Site visit).
  • Assess the quality of the consultant's completed work.
  • Coordinate with PCD to carry out the acceptance and handover of the project after completion:
  • Coordinating with related departments and consultants in the stage of acceptance, handing over and putting the project into use, and handing over to the handover unit and operator.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by the leadership
2. What distinguishes you:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in consulting companies and project developers (apartments, 5-star hotels), investors related to 5-star apartments and hotels
  • Experience in all phases of development of high-rise apartment, 5-star and mixed-use hotels is required
  • Know all regulations/laws and design standards
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and always aiming for good results.
