 DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our company is carrying out operation and development system. We are looking for a development team leader with sufficient knowledge in the field of finance and experience in development and team management. Development team leader should

1. Set goals for the team and members and evaluate them fairly. Leadership is needed to gather and lead team members' capabilities to achieve the team's goals

2. For Project and CR, efficiently manage planning and execution (scope, schedule, resource allocation, planning, quality, communication management) to comply with quality and delivery time. In addition, you must continue to collaborate and coordinate with team members, customers, and vendors.

3. Annual planning capability (contracts, resources, tasks) The detailed general manager has the following responsibilities:

- Manage team members’ goal setting and evaluation

- Always respect and consider team members

- Transfer of knowledge and skills to team members through coaching and mentoring.

- Identify and analyze business needs

- Communication skills with team, customers and partners

- Adjustment and confirmation of the scope of work

- Establishment of development plan and allocation of resources to team members

- Development schedule and risk management

- Quality control: development/test schedule, inspection of test quality

- Support for continuous system performance improvement to provide stable service

- Quality of Service (SLA) compliance and report submission

REQUIREMENTS:

Expected age: above 35 year olds

Experience: development/operation, Team Leader More than 10 years of Dev/Ops experience in the field of finance or banking (Loan, Card)

It is possible to calculate the scope of development based on work analysis and design experience

Development and testing experience enables development plan establishment and test quality verification LOAN (LOS, LMS) system, CARD system, online channel (WEB/APP)

Preferential treatment: Experience using Infosys LOAN Package (FINACLE), Openway CARD Package (WAY4),financial services (WEB/APP) through online channels

- More than 5 years of experience as team leader in finance (loan, card)

- Managed a team of at least 8 people in the last 2 years

- Experience in analysis, planning, and execution of work (Project and CR) (with knowledge of development methodology)

- Languages: English at level that enables smooth communication with global partners

- Technical Skill: Basic understanding and experience in Database, Operation System, and Programming

- Database: Oracle, MS Sql

- OS: Linux, Windows

- Programming Language: JAVA, C

- Management Skill: Organization and development (Project and CR) management ability in finance (loan, card) field

- Manageability over the organization and its members

- Sufficient knowledge of the financial sector and ability to analyze/plan

- Knowledge and performance capabilities of project methodologies (analysis, design, development, testing, quality management, risk management)

- Establish and improve organizational and development standard processes

- Strong communication skills with team members and external business stakeholders

- Strong communication skills with both team members and external business stakeholders
