I. Job Responsibilities:
Support in planning for the digital tool/applications/platform based on business needs
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements from Agency Development team.
Support in conducting analysis to determine best solutions for solving sales issues/opportunities.
Support in managing project plan which includes business requirements, design specifications and obtain the approvals.
Leading project through project management tasks according to the approved plan
Allocate tasks to stakeholders and relevant parties in the project and ensure they are aware of the requirements and responsibilities.
Cooperate with the IT team in developing IT framework and platform in line with the plan.
Solve ad-hoc problems that occur during project implementation
Identify, manage and control financial and operating risks and issues affecting the managed projects/programs
Manage projects plan and track each workstream according to the timeline
Constantly work towards improving and reporting on the performance and user experience as measured against key metric & qualitative goals
Lead cross functional project teams from both internal and/or external to deliver specified programs/projects effectively
Manage projects/program that meet consistency, transparency, efficiency and align with strategic KPIs
Implement project reporting, change and control processes in line with the PVA procedures and standards
Leading in executing communications and education campaigns for users
Manage communication activities and training courses in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure well communicated and promoted projects/program to end users with aim to change their behaviors going to right direction and effective implementation.
Build up sharp relationship with distribution salesforce to deep dive understanding their real needs as well as their constraints to support in an effective manner.
II. Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing
2-3 years’ relevant experience in digital transformation
Knowledge and skill
Basic knowledge in project management and coordination skills
Articulate, creative, passionate, flexible and tenacious
Experience of working in an fast paced working environment
Analytics experience required, visualization skills and/or big data is a plus
Intermediate in English
