Main Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends to guide company marketing activities. Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish and oversee the company's overall marketing strategy.

Strategic Planning: Design and implement specific marketing plans for each business phase, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

Executive Consultation: Advise the Board on company-wide strategies, business development plans, and partner network expansion.

Team Building & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Digital Marketing Leadership: Define and drive the digital marketing strategy, managing all digital channels (website, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms) to ensure a cohesive brand image.

Content & SEO Optimization: Oversee the creation and enhancement of content, utilizing SEO tools and Google Analytics to boost online presence.

Performance Measurement: Track and evaluate marketing performance using ROI and KPI metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rate, etc.), ensuring effective budget use and high-impact digital activities.

External Partner Coordination: Work with external partners (agencies, KOLs) to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Competitive Analysis & Innovation: Stay informed on market needs and competition, contributing creative ideas for brand differentiation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing management, ideally in a similar field.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in managing digital marketing channels and tools, with strong skills in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Analytical & Project Management Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in project execution.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Communication Skills: Skilled in listening, negotiation, presentation, and overall communication.
