Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of digital marketing programs, social content strategy.
- Work with Search Engine and Search providers to develop digital media and advertising plans, create lead generation ads and engaging content, and provide performance analysis.
- Continually optimize the related advertising material on SMM and SEM to improve CTR with good control of CPL.
- Continually optimize the keywords, in charge of the copy creation and traffic monitoring.
- Manage digital campaign launches, conduct analysis from the results and implement improvement solutions.
- Provide regular reports and suggestions to improve lead generation and conversion performance, and provide market insights.
- Assist and improve other social media platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience in a Digital Marketing role with solid experience in lead generation execution and data mining
- Familiar with the digital environment and industry trends in Vietnam
- Excellent in project management, digital campaign planning and execution, SEM/SEO management experience
- Good sense of content and visuals, as well as analytics, data mining and result oriented
- Experience in managing HubSpot, WordPress, web and digital analytics, social platforms and using design tools will be needed
- Strong teamwork spirit can cooperate both with internal cross-function and external agencies
- Self-motivated, willing to take on challenges and passionate to learn new things
- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Experience in the immigration industry, overseas properties, offshore investments and HNWI markets are preferred
- Native in Vietnamese and fluent in English (spoken and written) are required
