Key Accountabilities
- Organization of the operating apparatus
- Develop the functions, tasks and structure of the department in accordance with the bank's policies and actual development in each period.
- Supervise the implementation of the division's operation plan according to the development orientation of the Division/bank from time to time.
- Direct and implement KPIs plan for all employees
- Develop a budget plan according to the department's annual operating plan, manage the operating budget according to the approved limit.
- Develop human resource plans and coordinate personnel to ensure optimal and effective operation of the Department.
- Create a stable, harmonious and cooperative working environment among employees in order to achieve the common goals of the Department.
- Identify risks of the unit during operation, coordinate with related units to come up with methods of measuring and minimizing risks.
- Preside over building the working relationship between departments/units in the system and the Small Business and Retail banking Risk management to ensure work efficiency and control risks.
- Management and professional development of the Secured lending or Unsecured lending risk for Retail and Small Business Banking segment as function
- Acquire Secured lending risk data
- Develop credit policies & appetite for Secured lending
- Retail and small business banking segment
- Manage credit limits, Risk based limits and Risk Based Pricing and Credit Line Management
- Conduct credit risk appraisal and Underwriter quality monitoring
- Manage approval activities
- Manage credit portfolio Secured lending
- early-warning system and Early Loss mitigation
- Support to Calculate regulatory capital requirements for credit risks
- Other support activitives: Risk transfer strategy (ABS, MBS & Insurance), Partnership / Eco system lending management , Build CAAS ( Credit as a Service ) eco system for all lending partnership
- RB & Small BB Risk transformation details activities and outputs as in function
- General affairs management
- Overall supervision of the operations of the Secured lending or or Unsecured lending Risk management
- Retail and Small Business Banking segment, responsible for controlling and promoting the implementation of the Division's operational strategies in the direction of preserving the set objectives.
- Develop an operation plan/administration to detect risks early, develop/adjust management and monitoring plans to limit losses.
- Lead and work with units during the operation of the Division to solve difficulties/obstacles (if any) in completing the Department's tasks.
- Human resource management, training and development:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leaders and the HODs
- Qualifications and Work Experience
- Graduate
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- At least 08 years of management experience
- English: TOEIC 700 or equivalent"
