Our client is seeking an experienced E-commerce Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of their e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong online retail or e-commerce background. You will play a key role in maintaining product listings, processing orders, and supporting marketing campaigns while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns such as email marketing and social media promotions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and customer preferences to enhance product offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and chat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar administrative role.
Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all correspondence.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
