E-Commerce Specialist
Job Purpose: To support the organization in achieving its online sales goals through the development and execution of effective e-commerce strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage e-commerce sales strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising.
- Analyze e-commerce data to inform business decisions and continually optimize performance.
- Maintain and update the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the company’s ecommerce strategy.
- Manage the development and implementation of promotional initiatives and product launches.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the shipping and fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in online sales & marketing
- Have writing skills, multi-platform content creation, understanding of digital media platforms such as: You tube, Facebook, Tick Tok....
- Good English
