Position: Electrical Supervisor

Reporting To: Electrical Leader

Division: Maintenance Section/Maintenance Division

Requirements

Educational Level: University graduated

Specialty/Qualification:

  • Major in Electrical or Equivalent
  • Must have working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems such as transformer, switchgear & MCC, UPS, EDG, motor, lighting & small power, earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, etc.
  • Be familiar with electrical drawings and documents such as one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, control logic diagrams, schematics diagrams, equipment layouts, cabling layouts, earthing layouts, etc.
  • Be knowledgeable with the local and international codes & standards such as TCVN, IEC, ISO, etc

Work Experience: At least 3 years employment experience in maintenance works for electric equipment & systems.

Skills/Abilities:

  • High responsibility in works.
  • Passionate dedication to maintaining safe operations enforcing strict conformance with all government regulations, and applicable company procedures and policies.
  • Good decision-making abilities under pressure and innovative to generate new ideas.
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • English Skills: IELTS 5.0/ 605 TOEIC or Equivalent.

Purpose

Supervise daily maintenance work for electrical equipment, components, or systems for the refinery.

Responsibility

  • Responsible to supervise the daily maintenance works for electrical equipment & systems at site.
  • Ensure the compliance of all maintenance procedures for his/ her assigned area, segment, unit, section or division.
  • Ensure his/ her assigned area works to be done according company, international standards, with high quality & high efficiency.
  • Responsible to confirm the completeness of electrical maintenance work before handover the system for operation.
  • Provide technical support and expertise in an effort with best effort to maintain reliable electrical equipment & systems for the refinery.
  • Conduct technical leadership role to supervise, coordinate and direct others.
  • Identifying areas where electrical equipment & system can improve plant operation and profitability.
  • Supporting criticality assessments of the plant's electrical equipment.
  • Suggest for spare parts for electrical equipment & system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Electrical Leader and/or other superiors.
