- Manage and direct Engineering, Production and Lean Departments’ resources and activities
- Provide for the timely and accurate transfer of product information to all applicable departments
- Maintain and coordinate technical documentation of company products
- Provides guidance and leadership to the team leaders for the development projects assigned to the department

- Lead and coordinate all engineering activities in client/customer-focused project management environment
- Leads and coordinates all activities related to the startup of new products and any change from customer
- Ensure all program and engineering activities comply with the company’s safety, quality, and operating policies and procedures
- Provide advice/problem-solving expertise to both the customer and the organization
- Ensure the engineering staff development and training activity is performed in compliance with company policies and Procedures
- Advise on manufacturing techniques applicable to production
- Support ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001, VA/VE, CI and Six Sigma activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (any related field)
- 7-10 years in an Engineering/ Production/ Lean Manufacturing Supervisory role, preferably in the Automotive field
- Good command of English
- Sound working knowledge of Engineering & program functions
- Understanding of ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001
- Lean Manufacturing: Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
