- Responsible for automation project recommendation (LW and ASSY);
- Workout and improve PM plan and implement.
- Downtime analysis, statistic, improve the OEE rate.
- Continuous improve the repair & maintenance cost by good spare parts and consumable material management.
- New equipment and tooling development to meet the process requirements.
- TPM and SMED implementation by APS workshop
- Train and coach maintenance technician, operators and other related people
- Continuous improvement
- Complete other tasks assigned from the supervisor
