Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the introduction, development and management of equipment and tool fixtures;
- Prepare facilities and line according to production requirements;
- Organize technicians to complete the maintenance, repair and maintenance of production equipment;
- Ensure the normal operation of production equipment, optimize and upgrade equipment and facilities;
- Organize and guide workshop technicians to solve technical problems and upgrade in time;
- Make technician training plan and performance assessment;
- Ability to express in Chinese or English is preferred
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years technical management experience;
- Familiar with the processing technology, master the relevant knowledge of machinery, map recognition, electrician, etc;
- Office software, proficient in AutoCAD and 3d drawing;
- Service spirit, strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Ability to express in Chinese or English is preferred
