Our client, a multinational company in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a highly professional and skilled Executive Assistant. This role requires a dedicated individual who can efficiently manage executive schedules and company meetings, handle administrative requirements, and uphold confidentiality with the highest integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both English and Vietnamese and have a background in law, HR, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive Committee's (EXCO) calendars to optimize their schedules and commitments.

  • Coordinate all aspects of routine company meetings including bi-weekly Heads of Department (HOD) meetings and Vietnam Monthly Meetings (VNMM), as well as handle arrangements for VIP visits.

  • Administer all executive administrative requirements such as travel bookings, expense claims, and meeting preparations.

  • Thoroughly review all documents requiring signatures from Heads, General Directors, and Legal Representatives to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Protect and manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese, with a minimum of 7.0 in IELTS or equivalent proficiency.

  • Preferably a background in Law. Candidates with HR or Finance backgrounds will also be considered.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable multinational corporation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight schedules, and commit to overtime when necessary.

  • Proven track record of hard work, strong integrity, and the ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
