The contribution of the Position to the success of the company consists in: securing the production by maintaining the machinery and equipment. Quick and correct responses to technical issues is key for a long lasting solving of technical problems at machines and equipment. Avoiding production stops due to missing spare parts. At the same time keeping a balanced stock of maintenance spare parts. Compliance with safety and local regulations is a must.
II – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performing routine and corrective mechanical maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery, take responsibility for any issue relate to software , PLC in the factory.
- To manage the tooling, Mold , Spare part store in the factory
- Conducting inspections, tests, and troubleshooting to identify issues
- Repairing or replacing faulty components or parts
- Participating in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications
- Conducting preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules
- Documenting maintenance activities and updating maintenance records. Keeping up to date, creating and developing all relevant documents
- Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance-related issues
- Assisting in equipment commissioning and decommissioning processes
- Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Analysis of malfunctions of tools, machines and peripheric devices
- Supporting colleagues in regards to drawings and technical questions
- Supporting and initiating improvement projects in regards to processes, products or machinery
- Other tasks as required by management
III – REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
1. Education background and working experienceTechnical diploma or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, Software PLC or industrial maintenance).
- 2-4 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in a production or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in the relevant software tools and technical skills
- English language skills would be desirable
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, self-decipline
- Honest, work with quick response and high efficiency
- Thinking of cost saving for company and customers
