Expert, Headcount & Staff Cost Management

Responsibilities:
- Research the cost management process and design/adjust the Bank's cost management framework to accommodate changes in the direction of the strategic plan
- Assess potential risks, design detailed processes and implement activities to manage change when putting new processes into operation
- Plan and coordinate with relevant parties to carry out staffing and cost analysis topics
- Improve and support Senior Experts to develop new tools, methods, models to build budget and human resource costs, forecast and analyze cost effectiveness
- Directly guide, coordinate and control the work of personnel participating in the topics

Requirements:
- Degree/professional: Have university degrees or higher at universities in Economics, Finance, and Banking. Priority is given to those with post-university degrees and specialized training in economics, banking, and finance, especially studying international finance programs.
- Experience: 7 years
- English: minimum TOEIC 550 or equivalent - Proficient in SQL, Power BI
