*Responsibilities:
- Act as facility manager to lead and coordinate all necessarily tasks with design & construction company and ensure timely executed.
- Lead to cooperate with construction supervising unit and property insurance team in order to continues improvement for facility management and property risk mitigation
- Make sure that health and safety within construction period and after starting factory operation with the highest standards
- Co-ordinate industrial park, design, construction company and local authority to ensure local/company regulation and guide
- Responsible for continuous improvement by making and facilitating suggestions and implementing for continuous operation and maintenance of factory facilities and efficient use of utility
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, firefighting, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
- Management reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) according to company requirement and local authority
*Requirements:

- More than 7 years qualification experience and experiences in facility maintenance and EHS at manufacturing site
- Experience participating in team since the establishment of a new factory
- Experience in factory design and construction
- Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment.
- Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment
- Engineering background
- Understanding well construction drawing
- Knowledge of Architecture hardware manufacturing process
- Knowledge of Architecture hardware manufacturing process
- Strong communication skill
- Environmental and Health and Safety systems awareness
- Ability to work in a matrix & flexible working environment
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s degree in related majors
- Strong team player, collaborative working style
- Strong sense of urgency to get things done
