Job Responsibilities

1. Planning and construction application management: Responsible for project planning and construction application management, including planning and designing the project, preparing construction application materials, applying for approval, etc., to ensure that the project complies with relevant laws, regulations and standards.

2. Project approval process: Responsible for following up on the project approval process, including coordinating with government departments, submitting construction application documents, tracking approval progress, etc., to ensure that the project can obtain relevant approvals and permits on time.

3. Construction application plan design: According to project needs and laws and regulations, develop a construction application plan, including project land planning, architectural design, environmental assessment, etc., to ensure the compliance and feasibility of the project.

4. Compliance with laws and regulations: Have an in-depth understanding of and familiarity with laws and regulations on land planning, urban planning, and construction projects to ensure that the planning, design, and construction application of the project comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

5. Coordination and communication: Communicate and coordinate with government departments, design institutes, construction units and other relevant parties to solve problems and obstacles in the construction application process and promote the smooth progress of the project.

6. Data preparation and organization: Responsible for organizing and archiving project construction application-related information, including planning and design documents, approval documents, project construction drawings, etc., to ensure the integrity and verifiability of project files.

7. Quality management and supervision: Carry out quality management and supervision of design documents, approval documents, etc. during the construction application process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents and avoid errors and omissions.

8. Team management and training: Lead and manage the construction application team, including planning designers, construction application specialists, etc., conduct team training and improve capabilities, and improve the team's work efficiency and quality level.

Requirement:

1. Educational background: A bachelor degree or above is usually required, and related majors such as urban planning, architectural design, land management, etc. are more preferred.

2. Professional knowledge: Have solid professional knowledge and skills in real estate planning, urban planning, architectural design, etc., and be familiar with relevant laws, regulations and policies.

3. Work experience: several years of work experience in related fields, especially those with experience in real estate development, planning and design, construction approval, etc. are more welcome.

4. Skill requirements: Proficient Chinese language ability. Have good communication, coordination and team management skills, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with government departments, design institutes, construction units and other relevant parties.

5. Legal awareness: Have good legal awareness and risk awareness, be able to comply with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the compliance and feasibility of the project.

6. Problem-solving ability: Have strong problem-solving ability and adaptability, and be able to solve problems and obstacles encountered in the construction application process in a timely and effective manner.

7. Organizational management ability: Have good organizational management ability and project management ability, be able to effectively lead and manage the construction team, and promote the smooth progress of the project.
