Working location: Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We are looking for Accounting Assistant Manager position for Vietnam market. All of the company information and related information will be shared detailed with potential candidate in next process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce monthly financial reports for headquarters promptly, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee daily operations in finance, accounting, tax, HR, procurement, purchasing, and administration tasks for the office (excluding payroll).
• Review and submit monthly and annual tax reports.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget.
• Preserve the financial well-being of the organization.
• Maintain and review financial and accounting procedures and policies.
• Enter transactions into the MISA systems.
• Approve customer invoices (including tax invoices).
• Serve as the company's representative for tax and legal issues.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Tax).
• At least from 5 YOE+ in Accounting or Finance field
• Experience in Trading, Import/Export company is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in interacting with the Tax department, auditors, and relevant authorities.
