Scope:
The Finance Manager & Admin Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities of the company, including monthly closing, statutory audit as well as tax matters. You will play a key finance business partnering role with the business departments as well as supporting the management team in offering key insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company. This role also supports in the HR, Legal and Admin functions.
 
The key roles handled are as follows:
1.         Handle the day to day accounting operations, closing of books, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
2.         Be a business partner, working with the Country Manager and Regional Finance Director (in Singapore) to support and grow the business performance. 
3.         Supporting respective business departments on accounting and tax aspects of their operations.
4.         Working with Regional Finance team on budgeting and reporting aspects.
5.         Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company, understanding and adhering to all relevant financial regulations and legislation.
6.         Work with auditors, banks, tax agents and other third parties for accounting and finance requirements as necessary.
7.         Handle tax matters for the company-must be conversant with local tax rules and requirements, including withholding taxes and cross border transactions.
8.         Drive process improvement as well as system implementation/upgrade projects.
9.         Handle office administrative matters and supporting HR for PIT matters.
 
 
Requirements:
Successful candidate would require the following:
•           Qualified accountant with degree or higher qualification in Accounting.
•           Minimum 10 years of working experience at Global MNCs and in the Retail industry in similar kind of role.
•           Willing to be hands-on.
•           A team player who is meticulous to details, you demonstrate high adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to organise and prioritise your work effectively to stick to time constraints.
•           Strong computer skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and in ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite)
•           Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in Vietnamese and in English.
