Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals in the renewable energy industry.
- Prepare and monitor long-term financial plans and annual budgets to support company growth and project development.
- Provide financial modeling and analysis for renewable energy projects, including feasibility studies and ROI assessments.
Financial Management and Operations
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Manage project financing, including sourcing and structuring debt and equity funding.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, complying with IFRS and local regulations.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies specific to renewable energy projects.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, including managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Stakeholder Engagement
