We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead financial strategy, planning, and operations for the growing company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategy, forecasts, and budgets to support growth.
• Oversee accounting, cash flow, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and optimize KPIs.
• Partner with business leaders on pricing models and commercial proposals.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for executives, board, and stakeholders.
• Manage tax planning, risk assessment, and cost optimization.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
• Support M&A, expansions, and strategic investments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
• 10+ years in finance leadership, with 3–5 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in global financial operations, compliance, and tax.
• Proficient in financial systems and analytics.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; overseas background a plus.
