Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategy, forecasts, and budgets to support growth.
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial performance and optimize KPIs.
- Partner with business leaders on pricing models and commercial proposals.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for executives, board, and stakeholders.
- Manage tax planning, risk assessment, and cost optimization.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
- Support M&A, expansions, and strategic investments.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
- 10+ years in finance leadership, with 3–5 years in a senior role.
- Expertise in global financial operations, compliance, and tax.
- Proficient in financial systems and analytics.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; overseas background a plus.
- Experience managing multi-country business units.
- Proactive, adaptable, and improvement-focused.
