- Our Client, a furniture manufacturer is looking for a standout candidate with strong experience in the manufacturing segment for the Finance Manager position at their Vietnam factory.
- Oversee the setup and replication of financial reporting systems at the factory, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure transactions follow corporate policies and internal controls in operational SOPs.
- Prepare monthly reports, including expense, profit, and exchange rate adjustments, along with other reports for headquarters.
- Lead preparation of monthly financial statements, budget statements, cost analysis, tax reports, and statutory documents.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, optimize company liabilities, manage funds, and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee corporate income tax finalization and ensure tax compliance.
- Support external and internal audits and advise on tax-related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability to identify trends and improvements.
- Present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Create and maintain rolling forecasts for financial projections and risk management.
- Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards.
- Oversee general ledger and bank statement reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or CPA/ACCA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required; English is a plus.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modeling and tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience with accounting software and SAP systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
