About the Company: An international Dairy/Bakery Ingredients brand is expanding its operations in Vietnam. Our client specialize in high-quality dairy products (cream, cheese, butter), baking supplies, chocolate, and nuts. Our products cater to the food service industry, including hotels, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. We are seeking a dynamic Food Service Sales Leader to spearhead our client's market entry and growth in Vietnam.

Position Overview: The Food Service Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share within the food service sector. This role requires deep knowledge of dairy and baking ingredients and strong connections within the food service industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a strategic approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify and prioritize key market segments and opportunities within the food service industry.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  2. Market Development:

    • Establish and grow relationships with key accounts, including hotels, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Drive brand awareness and product positioning in the market.
  3. Account Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and enhance product offerings.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the food service industry, with a focus on dairy and bakery ingredients.
    • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of food service categories such as dairy (cream, cheese, butter), baking supplies, chocolate, and nuts.
    • Strong understanding of sales channels for hotels, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
