- Gather, document, and maintain patient data, including medical histories, reports, and examination results.
- Conduct various tests on patients, such as blood work, colonoscopies, and endoscopies, explaining the procedures and discussing test results or recommended treatments with patients.
- Prescribe or administer medications, therapies, and other specialized treatments to address or prevent illness.
- Review patient records, reports, test results, and examination data to diagnose medical conditions.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
- Provide consultations or offer expert advice to other physicians.
Requirements:
- Possesses a University degree or higher qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong patient and customer service skills
- Holds a valid Practicing License
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team
- Committed to treating all patients and their families with respect and dignity at all times
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and respond effectively to challenging situations
