General Manager and CEO
Location: Hanoi

*Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall company operation, including revenue, profit & loss, budgeting, financial integrity, business planning and execution.
  • In charge of business development and sales: execute group business strategy in co-operation with the HQ in Vietnam market, countries in the region, and in offshoring.
  • Set up and develop partners relations as well as maintain relationship with existing partners. Provide support to partners to close deals and services delivery.
  • Build up relationship and close deals with key decision makers of potential clients in the selected sectors.
  • Identify customer needs, understand their issues and offer RPA-related solutions to improve performance.
  • Involve in customer life cycle management from initial stage, advisory, bidding, closing deal, service delivery and managed services.
  • Recruit, training, manage staff to achieve sales target and other KPIs
  • Report to Group CEO in Finland
*Requirements:
  • Vietnamese, Male/Female
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with preferably 5 years of experience at management role and 5 years sales experience in IT industry
  • Experience in solution/ software/ managed services/ outsourcing/ software license sales and deliveries
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM and other enterprise IT systems in large enterprise environment. Understanding of RPA technology is a big plus.
  • Must have entrepreneur mindset and be proactive. Experience in working in international and growth companies is an advantage.
  • Must have strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams of at least 20 employees.
  • Able to take the company to the next level of scale up: develop strategy, build up structure, grow the team.
  • Strong existing network with customers and distribution partners.
  • General understanding of diverse businesses and industries. Management or strategy consultancy experience is a plus.
