Location: Ha Noi
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales & marketing strategies for Fasteners & C-class commodities in Vietnam.
- Build, grow and expand new sales pipelines in both existing and emerging markets, leveraging on our competitive advantages in supply chain, global sourcing, and technical services.
- Collaborate with Singapore Branch Managers to establish a total supply management program (VMI/JIT/Kanban projects) to key strategic customers across Vietnam region. Participate in QBRs for key strategic customers.
- Build and enhance strategic supplier relationship, negotiating for “win-win” terms as well as driving targeted accounts and inventory program.
- Drive and expand market share and ensure that competitors’ information is tracked for strategic action plans.
- Work with quality team to ensure DPPM is tracked and match customers’ quality expectation.
- Align with Singapore Operation Team to build strategic growth in the region, drive operational excellence with on-time-delivery and net promoter surveys.
- Align with global engineering team, formulate and execute product solution strategy, tapping on the latest technology trends and strategic customers’ demands.
- Any other duties as per required by the business
- Undertakes necessary travel to branch / area locations in performing above duties
- Reports to Head of Sales, Asia
Requirements:
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good business knowledge of the fastener industry Analytical capabilities
- Negotiating skills
- Supply chain knowledge and experience preferred
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, machinery or a related Major.
