• The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for continuing with CM manufacturing centers on their established efficiency, flexibility, and scalability in production. 

Your Contribution:

• Expertise and Cost-Effectiveness: CM partners specialize in large-scale manufacturing, offering competitive pricing and access to advanced production technologies without significant in-house investment.
• Supply Chain Integration: CMs often have well-established supply chain networks, helping to secure critical components and manage logistics efficiently, especially in regions like Vietnam where you’ve been operating.

Scalability and Risk Mitigation: CMs provide flexibility to scale production up or down based on demand, reducing financial and operational risks.
