Responsibilities:

Create attractive graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, ads, and digital media.
- Work closely with the marketing team to grasp project goals and target audience, ensuring designs effectively communicate the intended message.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials by following brand guidelines.
- Keep updated of the latest industry trends and best practices in graphic design, integrating inventive and creative concepts into design projects.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to craft visually enticing packaging designs that elevate the overall presentation of the product.
- Work with teams across different functions to ensure timely delivery of design projects and alignment with business objectives.
- Perform routine quality checks on design outputs to guarantee precision, uniformity, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage numerous design projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organize and manage digital asset library for convenient access and retrieval.
- Work with external vendors, including printers and photographers, to guarantee the high-quality production and execution of design projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience at the same position, preferably in the indoor furniture, gardening or outdoor living industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
