Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board, and senior leadership team.
- Oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk management initiatives to safeguard the group’s assets and reputation.
- Manage the group’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and strategic investments.
- Evaluate and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and other financial opportunities.
- Act as the primary financial spokesperson, engaging with investors, banks, and regulators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and advisors.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across the group.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- 15+ years of finance experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Finance Director) within multinational corporations or large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
