We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to lead the financial operations and strategy across a group of companies. The GCFO will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the group’s long-term growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles within multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board, and senior leadership team.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead risk management initiatives to safeguard the group’s assets and reputation.
Capital Management & Investments:
  • Manage the group’s capital structure, including debt, equity, and strategic investments.
  • Evaluate and oversee mergers, acquisitions, and other financial opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary financial spokesperson, engaging with investors, banks, and regulators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and advisors.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across the group.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • 15+ years of finance experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Finance Director) within multinational corporations or large organizations (1,000+ employees).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
