Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for import and export customs declaration operations, preparing shipping documents and providing freight quotations.
•    Process and review import and export customs declaration information and documents.
•    Contact freight forwarder and customs broker to confirm shipment.
•    Freight bill verification.
•    Coordinate with the customer service team on order shipping arrangements.
•    Responsible for tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

•    Bachelor's degree related to international trade.
•    Good English & Chinese communication skills (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
•    Familiar with logistics process
•    At least 3 years similar working experience
•    Familiar with SAP systems and Free Trade Zones are preferred.
•    Ability to work under pressure and work carefully and responsibly.
•    Able to work overtime according to company needs.
