• System (BTS/eNB) Architecture Design (Radio Unit, Digital Unit, RU-DU/Antenna/Backhaul interface, etc.)
• Output: System design documents: Requirements, specifications, technical description, and so on
• Design for Low cost
• Competitive design of specs./features, and performance
• Well awareness of customer requirements and standard
• Differentiation and competitiveness over competitor

• BS, Master Degree & Ph.D Preferred
• 10 years or more on Mobile system design (especially on BTS/eNodeB)
• Experts on the design of RF and modem
• Expertise on RF design and air technology: RF technology (wide band RF, Active Antenna Array) and Air technology (LTE/cdma/wcdma/GSM/WiMAX)
