*JOB OVERVIEW :
The Senior Marketing Executive is a digital wizard, ready to lead and supercharge our marketing initiatives with a laser focus on social media. You will be the mastermind behind creating, analyzing, and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans that not only fit within our budget but also skyrocket our brand awareness and attract the best-fit candidates and clients.
Being a part of our team, you’ll be the Gandalf guiding a junior team member, coordinating with our marketing avengers across the country and collaborating with all other departments nationwide to ensure our campaigns are not just good, but epic. In short, you’ll make sure our marketing efforts work at their absolute best with creativity and insights.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Social Media
Proactively initiate, execute, drive, and monitor the performance of digital campaigns and activities on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) to promote our brands, generate clients and serve sourcing purposes that are in line with our company’s projects (white collar, blue collar and all other types).
Work with Operations teams across the country to deliver the marketing solutions for their projects.
Set up, run, and monitor social media advertising campaigns to ensure the highest ROI within budget.
Supervise and mentor a Marketing intern with social media tasks.
Cooperate with regional and global teams on marketing projects.
2. Content Creation
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy on different social platforms to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness.
Create and deliver relevant branded content of various types (text, image, animated, video, etc.) on all social media channels to attract and engage with the right audience at the right time.
Collaborate with the content and creative team to produce high-quality and SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience.
Utilize data and analytics to refine content strategies and ensure they meet business objectives.
3. Event Support
Provide support for company events, including planning, promotion, and execution.
Collaborate with other team members and other departments to ensure digital marketing efforts are integrated with event goals.
Create and manage event-related content for social platforms.
Monitor and report on the success of digital marketing activities related to events.
4. Others
Analyze various types of data sources to generate in-depth reports, gain insights and make data-driven decisions and report on a timely basis.
Perform other tasks (admin and so on) as assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
At least 05 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records.
Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics and management tools of social media channels.
Analytical mindset, tech savvy and data-driven approach.
Good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Multi-tasks capability, teamwork, and learnability.
Innovation, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Can-do attitude and time management skills.
