*JOB OVERVIEW :
The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a skilled and experienced talent to lead and drive our digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategic and tactical digital marketing plans within our budget to increase corporate brand awareness and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for our business. You will also supervise and mentor junior team members, coordinate with the entire marketing team, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Lead Generation
Take lead in Lead Gen program by developing and implementing digital marketing plans to attract prospective clients based on the company’s objectives, industry trends and target audience.
Identify and test new innovative digital marketing opportunities and stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
2. SEM & PPC
Manage and optimize SEM and PPC campaigns to improve website ranking, generating leads and user experience for both clients and candidates, ensuring the highest ROI within the budget.
Coordinate with other departments to drive website traffic growth, sign-ups, and applications.
3. Social Media
Proactively initiate, execute, drive, and monitor the performance of digital campaigns and activities on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google) to promote our brands, to generate MQLs and to serve sourcing purposes that are in line with the company’s business goals.
Create and deliver engaging and relevant content of various types (text, image, animated, video, etc.) on all social media channels to attract the right audience.
Set up, run, and monitor social media advertising campaigns to ensure the highest ROI within budget
Supervise and mentor a Marketing intern with social media tasks.
4. Report & Data Analysis
Analyze various types of data sources to generate in-depth reports, gain insights and make data-driven decisions and report on a timely basis.
Analyze quantitative research data for marketing and industry reports.
5. Others
Cooperate with regional and global teams on marketing projects.
Provide an induction training session on Social Media & Press Policy for internal employees.
Perform other tasks (project support, admin and so on) as assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business or a related field.
At least 05 years of experience in a similar role with proven track records in generating leads from marketing channels
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, especially social media and software.
Excellent knowledge and experience with analytics tools of websites and other digital marketing channels.
Analytical mindset, tech savvy and data-driven approach.
Good communication skills and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
