  1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates. Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

  6. Operational Efficiency: Streamline store operations to maximize efficiency. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

  7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales initiatives. Actively engage with social media and local marketing efforts to drive store traffic.

  8. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the store's budget, expenses, and profitability. Prepare sales and financial reports for upper management.

  9. Loss Prevention: Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss. Ensure the safety and security of staff and customers.

  10. Employee Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the store team. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
