• Define the vision for the Chapters and align it with the different stakeholders.
• Participate in the definition of the OKRs to be achieved by the Chapters.
• Responsible for defining the AA CoE's priorities based on the established objectives and prioritize the initiatives to be developed by the CoE.
• Play a key role in assigning and allocating talents of the AA CoE into the different initiatives and squads/tribes.
• Manage the expectations of all stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between different practices of the AA CoE.
• Ensure coordination and collaboration between Chapters.
• Create an environment of trust in the CoE and motivate staff members to fulfill the tasks of the CoE.
• Encourage the development of CoE members by providing the necessary talent support.
• Participate in recruiting key roles/talents for the CoE. Key relationships with other roles
• Report to DAC Head.
• Work with Tribe Leads to coordinate staffing needs.
• Periodically converse with Chapter Leads to support them in their roles and ensure alignment between different practices of the CoE.

Key Skills Experience
• 10 years of experience at minimum.
• 5 years in financial services at minimum.
• Previous experience leading analytics projects.
• Extensive experience in managing large high-performing teams.
• Prior experience managing a data science function directly or indirectly is preferred.
• Experience in agile working environments is preferred.
• Experience with building business / CoE / factory / new functions is preferred. Qualification & Technical Skills
• University degree in Computer Science, Economics, Analytics or Statistics (Master/Doctor degree is preferred).
• Strong banking knowledge with deep expertise in corporate or retail.
• Good understanding of digital transformation & data and analytics.
• Project and people management skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of developments in the fields of AI and machine learning. • Good command of the English language.
