- In charge of doing Quartely reviews for agents
- Provides reports on product sales campaigns and work with MKT team to create campaigns/promotions
- Agency training events
- Daily accountability for agency management teams.
- Communicates with agents on Daily basis to Assest market condition
- Agents SOPs
- Works with FD to manage distribution costs monthly
- Works with Business Development team to expand and maximize agency channel weekly
- Manages department costs budgets.
KPIs:
- Sales/revenue targets
- Department's cost budgets/ channels costs
- Agency network growth rate
- Agent retention rate
- Leadership, interpersonal, training, motivation skills.
- Manager level up with at least 3 years agency management experiences
