Job Purpose:

  • Ensure the functional segment follows the general development strategy from time to time for the issuance consulting service segment in accordance with the general orientation and strategy of the Company and the Regional Team.
  • Organize, implement, control and develop issuance consulting services according to current regulations and processes, ensuring the completion of assigned plans, meeting requirements and orientation of the service segment bond issuance advisory.
  • Ensure active and close coordination with other departments within company as well as other related departments of company system to deploy and develop new products and services. bond issuance advisory products.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Together with the Regional Director, Debt Capital Market the resources of the issuer segment:
  • Build a staffing plan, find and coordinate reasonable human resources, train and develop the next team, build a development roadmap for employees, ensure maintaining adequate and quality resources to have human resources suitable to the functions and tasks of the Department;
  • Manage the mechanism of assigning, recording and evaluating the performance of employees in the functional area, ensuring an efficient and fair operation for all employees, and at the same time to maintain compliance with labor discipline in accordance with company regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director, Debt Capital Market to develop plans, assign and supervise Organizing training sessions, internal training and training, cross training between other departments/business/support areas Investment Banking
  • Develop the consulting segment's budget according to the year's operating plan, and manage the functional budget's operating budget according to the approved limit.
  • Assign and supervise the implementation of operations within the scope of the consulting business under their responsibility in accordance with the operational orientation of the Issuing Advisory Department and the Investment Banking Division.
  • Support the development of policies, regulations, processes, and guidelines on the profession of the functional areas in charge of them.
  • In case of authorization, functional representatives participate in Investment Banking projects to build, structure and develop new products.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Participate in the development and proposal of options on fees of law and valuation service providers, etc. and other consulting services.
  • Directly propose consulting options, negotiate with customers under their management to unify the structure and mechanism of the product because the consulting function is in line with the general orientation of the IB Division.
  • According to each project assigned to participate, closely coordinate with subsidiaries/members/tool companies, business divisions and related departments of company to come up with a consulting plan. the best offer to customers.
  • Directly lead, assign specific tasks to each group, administer, control and develop activities of the bond issuance advisory function for the customer groups under their charge. Responsible for the revenue of the bond issuance consulting segment for the customer groups in charge of.
  • Receive and plan, assign, coordinate, monitor and control the implementation process of the assigned work plan of the activity-oriented functional array. of the Investment Banking sector, specifically:
  • Assign members of each specific group or directly coordinate with Sales and Distribution and business divisions of company to access and exploit the system of corporate customers, customers of financial institutions
  • Assign members of each specific team or directly coordinate with Sales and Distribution to determine customer needs, preliminary assessment of transactions and partners to get a decision to enter into a transaction ;
  • Assign members of each specific group or directly coordinate with the analysis department of company to receive in-depth analysis information of the analysis department from which to conduct a detailed assessment of the customer. goods and transactions, propose transaction structure and propose to appoint organizations/agents to participate in transactions;
  • Coordinate groups and directly coordinating with relevant departments and organizations/agents participating in transactions to prepare transaction documents;
  • Assign subordinates to provide necessary information and records about customers and transactions for Sales and Distribution to serve the offering and distribution of products;
  • Monitor the coordination of department members with relevant departments to ensure the completion of the transaction.
  • Assign team members to provide information and coordinate with Listing Consultants to perform listing consulting services for customers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Establish and maintain close relations with State management agencies: State Bank, Ministry of Finance, State Securities Commission, stock exchanges… and state-owned banks, commercial banks, investment funds and investment banks, financial institutions, etc.
  • Influence, control and create active and close coordination of the functional segment with the departments of company as well as related departments of company to achieve the highest efficiency for the target. of the Investment Banking segment
  • Ensure that the Department's activities comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
