Job Title: Head of Digital Business

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Digital Business to lead our digital initiatives and drive growth in the competitive landscape of the international securities industry in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team of approximately 10 members, ensuring the execution of digital marketing, PR, events, and communication strategies to strengthen our market presence and enhance our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital business strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
Identify and explore innovative digital opportunities to enhance customer engagement and profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, including digital marketing, PR, events, and communication professionals.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Digital Marketing:
Oversee the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain customers.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Monitor industry trends and adapt digital marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Public Relations:
Manage and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
Handle crisis communications effectively and proactively.
  • Events and Communication:
Plan and execute digital events and webinars to engage clients and prospects.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across all digital channels, including social media, email, and website.
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Performance Measurement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on the impact of digital efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role in digital marketing, PR, events, or communication within the financial services industry, preferably in securities or investment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Familiarity with the Vietnamese securities market and regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
