Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Head of HR to lead all aspects of human resources, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. This role partners closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring HR practices align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and lead engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, training programs, and employee development.
  • People Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR processes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive recruitment efforts and implement strategies for talent retention and growth.
  • Reporting: Provide HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including operations and HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and labor regulations in Vietnam.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English skills.
  • Agile mindset, multitasking capability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in tech is a plus.
