Key Responsibilities
•
Monitoring daily operations, progress, and performance; managing escalations; and guaranteeing success across predetermined factors.
•
Controlling, monitoring, and reporting on a consolidated portfolio of projects, programs, and changes.
•
Proactively identifying and flagging emerging issues, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution, and ensuring adherence to timelines while communicating significant risks (timing, budget, scope) to executives.
•
Providing key variables, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to the CTO and Tech Leaders for informed decision-making.
•
Building a high-performing, collaborative environment, nurturing stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring effective communication and execution progress.
•
Partnering with Business and Tech leaders to establish and evolve PMO project intake, methodologies, best practices, processes, systems, and policies; defining and establishing the PMO's framework, standards, tools, methodologies, and playbooks.
•
Establishing robust KPIs and tracking reports to monitor team performance and drive improvements in customer service and project delivery.
•
Creating and maintaining project documentation, establishing necessary processes and procedures, and staying abreast of project management best practices.
•
Sponsoring and leading the adoption of tools and technologies to streamline and automate project and resource management.
•
Working with business partners and Tech to build the project roadmap for strategic and non-strategic projects, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
•
Recommending enhancements to applications or architecture to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.
About You
The Essentials
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including hands-on experience with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
•
In possession of a PMP certification is preferred.
•
Software Development and document lifecycle management experience (agile and classic methodologies).
•
Strong data analysis, exploitation, and business intelligence (BI) skills - a data-driven decision making professional.
•
Proven ability to manage projects, drive change, and facilitate organizational development.
