Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop marketing strategies, plan, and implement specific marketing activities for each project and product to build the brand, attract target customers, and ensure sustainable growth.

Design and establish the branding identity for each project.

Develop sales toolkits and advertising/communication materials for the projects.
-
Organize and optimize information channels to ensure customers can access project details conveniently and effectively.
Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

Manage and optimize the company’s digital platforms, including the corporate website, project websites, social media channels, and other relevant digital assets.

Implement digital marketing campaigns to attract potential customers for the projects.

Develop and execute effective advertising programs, sales events, customer care initiatives, and project exhibitions as per approved plans.
Corporate & Project Branding:

Design and enhance the corporate brand identity for the company and its subsidiaries.

Oversee the brand image management of the corporation and its affiliates.
-
Develop strategies to expand and improve customer quantity and quality.
Budget Management:

Prepare, execute, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with approved financial plans.
Vendor & Agency Management:

Collaborate with agencies and brand consultants to develop advertising, communication strategies, and branding for the corporation and each project.

Identify and propose suitable suppliers to implement marketing activities efficiently with the best quality.
Team Management & Development:

Assign clear tasks to subordinates and supervise performance effectively.

Foster career development opportunities for all team members, including succession planning for key roles.

Train employees through hands-on experience and real-case scenarios.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Regularly update marketing, advertising, and branding trends, particularly in the real estate industry.

Stay informed about real estate market trends and other influencing sectors.

Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences for buying and selling real estate properties.
Other Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar position at large-scale real estate corporations.

Mandatory experience in real estate, specifically in resort real estate, low-rise, villas/shophouse or condotel projects.

Proven experience in leading and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
-
Exposure to international work environments or training is a plus.

Strong expertise in market research, customer data analysis, and competitive landscape assessment.

Ability to develop and manage budgets while evaluating marketing effectiveness.

Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
