Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution (35%)
- Plan and execute Marketing strategy to achieve the Vietnam MKT objectives.
- Responsible for growing brand awareness and Top of mind ranking.
- Responsible for all market survey, data analytics, market intelligence, ATL & BTL campaigns to ensure all campaign in-line together for a bigger impact, and data-driven activity.
- Business enabling for all business sectors.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities and maintain competitors’ benchmarking constantly.
- Focus: Vietnam market.
Above The Line & Below the Line activity (35%)
- Work with Regional Marketing, Customer Services, Products, Ecommerce team... to develop strategy, content, event, campaigns... following umbrella strategy to ensure return on investment of each activity.
- Manage and execute all digital marketing campaigns: content creation, social media, media ads, communities, PR, KOL/KOC, out-of-home advertising, trade marketing, ...
- Collaborate with relevant team to increase demand generation during campaigns, drive. performance metrix such as leads generation, reach, engagement, traffic, sales conversion etc.
- Regionally align and develop the campaigns.
Monitoring and analysis (15%)
- Market survey, brand reputation survey, Customers Experience Journey, Google analytics, data analytics, monitor competitors, products, market pricing and customer feedback and recommend improvement.
- Support to generate reports for analysis and insights marketing performances.
Personnel management / leadership (10%)
- Manage Marketing team.
- Establish & maintain effective communication patterns across different stakeholders for effective pricing strategies roll out and logistic fulfilment.
- Develop marketing measurable targets and budget management.
Knowledge management (5%)
- Ensure best possible knowledge (self-study, colleagues or trainings).
- Company & market PxM products (e.g technical features, benefits).
- Digital marketing, trade marketing, product marketing, ecommerce insights on consumer behavior, competitors' movement and strategy.
- Competency based qualification (incl. relevant compliance topics).
- IT-relevant hard- & software topics (good user skills).
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma/degree from recognized institution in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing, 7+ years leading team. Experience with Home Appliances, FMCG in multinational companies preferred.
- Experience in working/collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Local cultural understanding.
- Balance of analytic and creative skills, good networking skills, high ability of multi-tasking, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, computer skills in MS office, handling difficult customers, results oriented.
