1. Collaborate with other senior Private managers (i.e., Head of Invst. Advisory and Products, Sales Directors) to monitor overall business performance and develop actionable strategies & plans to:
- Achieve short-term business targets as well as longer term strategic objectives
- Deliver overall CVP of the Private business
- Planning, CVP development, partnership etc.
- Risk & compliance, Ops & IT, HR, Finance etc
3. Responsible for developing Ops-service model including:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SLAs, BCP etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies
