- Develop and implement all policies, activities and procedures relevant to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Create and maintain quality control documentation and reports
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as inspectors and regulatory agencies, to ensure project compliance
- Monitor construction processes to identify potential quality issues and provide solutions promptly
- Collaborate with project management team to address quality issues and implement correctives actions
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance
- Conduct risk assessment related to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance standards and practice
- Document and maintain records of quality issues and resolutions
- Ensure all construction projects meet industry standards and regulations
- To liaise with certification body and external organization on issued related to quality
Requirements
- Degree in project management or in relevant recruitment position and have at least 8 years site experience in the similar position
- Strong inclination towards quality management practices. Quality auditing experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 standards and/or in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
- Must be able to communicate and write in English fluently.
