- Lead and manage the sales team in Southeast Asia
- Exceed sales targets by working with the team to increase funnel intake and market share
- Track funnel conversion rates and funnel velocity to provide accurate forecasts to management
- Develop and deploy sales strategies to increase account penetration, accelerate growth and achieve business objectives
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide leadership and coaching/mentoring to team and drive continued operational improvements in the organization
- Good network within the electronics industry in the Southeast Asian region (preferably automated test equipment, ICT/FCT, PCB testing, semiconductor)
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans sustainably
- Conceptual/strategic thinking, conceptual working skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, communication, as well as building customer relationships
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and coaching sales teams
- Several years of experience in a technical environment (preferably automated test equipment, ICT/FCT, PCB testing, semiconductor)
- Track record of growing profit and sales within an organization
- Motivated performance and goal-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel extensively (mainly within Southeast Asia)
- Very good English skills, other languages like Vietnamese, Malay, Thai, and Chinese are a plus Reporting and analysis of relevant CS figures
- Collaboration on local projects and projects initiated by HQ
- Reporting directly to Head of CS at HQ
Degree or Diploma in Business Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics. Other similar fields of study will be considered
Travel Activity:
