Sales Planning
Sales Planning
- Ensure sales forecasting process (quantity and structure) for all sales business (Retail, Project, D2C) in Vietnam
- Ensure delivery fulfillment final customer
- Steer and follow-up on the procurement of finished goods (including imports process), close communication towards all suppliers
- Asset management: Responsibility to define and plan the necessary stock levels (assuring delivery fulfillment and assets, cash flow targets)
- Phase-in/out management: Assure delivery dates for new products, avoid obsolete products, close coordination with sales and marketing
Logistics
- Definition, realization and controlling of the Vietnam logistics strategy and execution (e.g. warehouse sizing, distribution model, logistics operations)
- Monitoring the fulfillment of external logistics provider concerning logistics operations, adhering to all relevant BSH policies and guidelines
- Control and supervision of international inbound freight performance
- Contribution to the success of LP2 program – deriving cost ratio targets cost optimization on required WH footprint for ASEAN locations
- Follow up and fulfill all Logistic KPI and conduct warehouse tender
Supply Chain Controlling
- Prepare and define all planned targets within the SCM Scorecard
- Follow-up and reporting of all supply chain relevant KPI’s definition, agreement and realization of all measures to achieve targets
Processes/Projects
- Improvement of Demand & Supply Related processes within Vietnam
- Alignment of Standards and global best practice within Vietnam
- Training for countries on Demand & Supply processes and best practice
Sales Support
- Ensure a correct order management process: on time, correct quantity, pricing
- Follow up backorder reports on customer level, definition of backorder release strategy
- Organize and coordinate stock returns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain management (Demand planning, inventory management, supply/production planning).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel, World and Power Point.
